Because our products are custom printed on demand specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions for Defective Items

We will provide a refund only if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error on our part.

How to Report an Issue

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us at info@kozymomco.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage
  3. We will review your claim within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method

No Physical Returns Required

You do not need to ship defective items back to us. Simply provide photo evidence.

Final Sale

All orders are considered final sale. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we cannot accommodate size changes, design changes, or buyer's remorse.
